Does the person receiving need to have Pybber?
Yes. The recipient needs Pybber installed and a verified account. If they don’t have the app yet, they get an SMS with the download link and the money is held until they complete sign-up.
What documents do I need to verify my account?
A valid national ID or passport, and a selfie. Verification is approved in most cases in under 3 minutes.
How long does the money take to arrive?
Instant mode: minutes. Next-business-day mode: by the next working day in the destination country.
How does the recipient withdraw the money?
From their Pybber balance they can send it to someone else or withdraw it through the methods available in their country (bank transfer or cash pickup, depending on the case).
Can I cancel a transfer?
Only while it shows as Processing and before it is credited. From Activity, open the transfer and choose Cancel.
Why does my transfer show as failed?
Incorrect recipient details, a limit exceeded or pending verification. The money returns to your balance and we tell you the reason.
Can I change my phone number?
Yes, from Settings → Edit profile. You confirm the new number with a code.
Which countries does Pybber work in?
